Rafael Nadal beats Potito Starace 6-4 6-2 in Barcelona Open!

Congratulations to Rafael Nadal! He has beaten Italy's Potito Starace 6- 4 6- 2 in 78 minutes. Nadal will now play against Spanish Feliciano Lopez, one of his closest friends on tour.

Having beaten World No. 1 Roger Federer to win the title in Monte Carlo, Nadal faces a difficult task if he is to defend his Barcelona crown and then go on to win the back-to-back Masters events in Rome and Hamburg.

Changes to the calendar this year to accommodate the Olympic Games mean that Nadal will play four weeks in a row and then have just a week off before the French Open.

Wilson [K] Factor Rackets... an upgrade to nCode!

Finally, [K] Factor has come! It is an upgrade to Wilson's nCode rackets. Wilson [K]Factor combines the next generation in Nano Technology and unique frame engineering innovations, that result in the ultimate line of [K]ONTROL rackets for all player types.

Tennis professionals like Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Dmitry Tursunov, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Justine Henin and the Williams sisters use
[K] Factor rackets.

Wilson nCode Rackets

Wilson nCode is a tennis racket series developed by Wilson. A nanotechnology process links billions of carbon fibers together before heatshaping, thus eliminating microscopic voids that create stress points in other carbon fiber rackets.

When a racquet is nCoded nano-sized silicone oxide crystals permeate the voids between the carbon fibers. This adjustment made at the molecular level significantly strengthens and enhances the stability of the overall carbon matrix. nCode racquets are clamied by Wilson up to 22% more powerful and stable than ordinary racquets.

There are many types of nCode rackets. They are the nSix-One Tour, nSix-One 95, nSix-One Team, nTour, nTour Two, nPro, nSix-Two, nSurge, nBlade, nFury, nFury II, nVision, nRage, nFusion n1, n2, n3, n4, n5, n6, and n26.

I am currently using the Wilson nCode nBlade. It is a good racket and I like it.

Sampras finally beats Federer 7-6 6-4 in Macau!

Congratulations to Pete Sampras for beating Roger Federer 7- 6 6-4 in Macau! I knew you could do it. After all he was the former World No. 1, right?"I guess it's one for the old guys," Sampras joked at the award ceremony. He said at the press conference later on: "I made it competitive and I am serving very well."

Pete Sampras displayed his trademark serves and volleys at the match. The former world No.1 won the first set on a tie-break by 10-8 when neither player could reach a break of serve.

Sampras got the first but vital break of the match at 4-4 in the second set and went straight for the victory by 6-4.

"It's been tough beating my childhood hero, but I am happy he got me at least once," said Federer. If you think Pete Sampras will come out of retirement, his answer is NO.

Federer beats Sampras again 7-6 7-6 in KL!

Congratulations to Roger Federer again for beating Pete Sampras 7- 6 7- 6! The match was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The match was played to celebrate Malaysia's 50th year of independence. The exhibition match was held on November 22, 2007 at night at the Malawati Stadium. I went to watch the match live at the stadium and it was fascinating. Pete Sampras and Roger Federer hit the ball with a lot of power and control and this time, Roger Federer nearly lost to Pete Sampras, as the scores were very close. I think that in Macau, Pete Sampras will beat Roger Federer.

"To play against Pete is a dream come true," Federer said in a statement. "I am so excited to play Pete and I am really looking forward to visiting Malaysia for the first time."

Federer beats Sampras 6- 4 6- 3 in Seoul!

Congratulations to Roger Federer! He has beaten Pete Sampras 6- 4 6- 3 in the exhibition match in Seoul, Korea. The match in Seoul is the first of three Asian exhibitions the two legends played. After that match, they went to play in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia before finally playing in Macau.

All the familiar trademark volleys and serves by were on display but Sampras, who has won 14 Grand Slams to Federer's 12, was slower around the court than the 1990s and made a number of unforced errors. Federer took advantage of those to break the serve Sampras and take the first set 6-4.

Apart from three successive lobs (high shots) that Federer served up to his opponent in the second game of the second set, the game was competitive. By that time, Federer was hitting well and won the second set 6- 3.
